Processing Time

  • Order processing time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • Delays: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you promptly if there are any significant delays with your shipment.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you choose. Below is a general guide for delivery times:

  • Domestic Shipping (within Switzerland):
    • Standard Shipping:  7-21 business days
  • International Shipping:
    • Standard Shipping: 7-21 business days depending on your location

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your region and potential customs delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. You can track your package directly through the courier's website using this number.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International Orders: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are imposed once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are your responsibility. We are not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order.
  • Customs Delays: International shipments may experience delays due to customs clearance procedures. Unfortunately, we have no control over these delays.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at pascal.karl.rottmann@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  • If your package is lost during transit, please reach out to us. We will do our best to assist in locating the package, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. If you need help shipping to a specific location, feel free to contact us.
