Refund policy
Returns
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Non-returnable items: Certain items such as custom or personalized products, digital downloads, gift cards, and clearance items are non-returnable.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at pascal.karl.rottmann@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
Refunds
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: Items that are returned damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition may be eligible for a partial refund.

Return Shipping
